Non Delivery

Genuine postal losses are rare in the UK, in most cases orders have been returned to us by the post office as simply uncollected when buyers have reported items as undelivered.

Please check with your local delivery office before contacting us about non-delivery. Where items are returned to us we will contact you and a postage charge will be made before items can be redelivered.

Age Verification

It is illegal to sell knives or crossbows to anyone under the age of 18.

In order to verify your age we carry out the below checks:

1) We will check your name against the public available list of the Electoral Roll. If your name is there then your order will be processed without any glitches. Some people can opt out of this if that’s the case we will have to check your age.

In order to process your order smoothly and promptly, please always mention your order id whilst contacting us or sending proof of id.

If for any reason you are not able to provide the information required, your order will be cancelled and refunded within 7 days.
