The Exotac Matchcap XLhas double the capacity and increased the striking surface by 250% of the original exotac matchcap, acting on customer feedback they unleashed this beast, ps it  isn’t limited to just matches. Using the Stormproof (2.9” long) matches, the new design leaves 0.3” to spare for tinder storage.

If using kitchen matches, nearly half of the MATCHCAP XL is available for storage, ideal space to store water purification tablets, tinder, medicine, fishing hooks, first aid kit, etc.

Included in the package are extra O-rings and match strikers.

For maximum capacity, place most of the matches heads up with a few heads down.

An O-ring keeps both the matches and the red phosphorus (strike-on-the- box) striker dry.

All of these features keep you focused on the task at hand and not how you're going to start the next fire.
