The 23 cm long Petromax Flat Bowl is your versatile tableware for fuss-free bushcraft experiences. You can use the small Flat Bowl in a variety of ways – as a spoon, bowl, serving dish or ladle. The handle protects you from the heat of the pan or meal, while the well is big enough to serve food foraged fresh from the forest or to use as a ladle or a bushcraft plate when dining around the campfire. The bowl is made of olive wood from genuine olive trees. These are felled when they are no longer productive, making the entire life of the tree visible in the unique wood grain. With its dark grain at the centre and the lighter outer age rings, the wood is enhanced during the handcrafted process of making the product. So you have an irreplaceable utensil whenever you feel like spending time outdoors.
Petromax olive wood products are hand-made in Germany from the wood of the Olea europaea tree. Felling the tree late in its life is a sustainable practice which conserves production resources. Thanks to the oil wax finish your olive wood bowl is highly durable and always ready for its next use outdoors. It can be attached to your belt or rucksack by the leather loop – or simply hang it by your outdoor kitchen in the forest. The engraving of the Petromax logo adds a particularly fine touch to your unique bowl.
Caring for your olive wood bowl:
Only wash your Petromax olive wood products with gentle detergent and a small amount of water. Let the olive wood product dry thoroughly after washing and after occasionally treating it with a little olive oil. Do not expose the product to direct sunlight or high variations in temperature. Use with strongly coloured foods may also discolour the wood.

We pride ourselves on always processing your orders as fast as possible. On this page and we aim to explain all of the delivery options available to you if ordering online, so please read through them carefully and choose the option that will best meet your needs.
If you pay our store via PayPal, then we will only deliver to the address provided to us by PayPal. Any errors in the information supplied are at the sole responsibly of the customer.
The company (us) shall not be held liable for delays with delivery of goods caused by third parties. In the event of a lost package we will require up to 14 business days before being able to replace or credit for any lost goods.

Zones C & D - Offshore Destinations* Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey, Isle of Scilly will be by courier for large items between 2-5kg at £12.95
Overnight & Express Delivery
Overnight delivery is not available for Zones C & D Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey, Isle of Scilly.
If chosen as a shipping option we will dispatch asap. However, we cannot 100% guarantee delivery in the timescale stated due to issues that may arise during the delivery process that are beyond our control. Shipping charges will therefore not be refunded
Please note Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are not working days.
Your order will arrive usually the following working day between 9am and 6pm.
Overnight Courier orders need to be placed before the cut off time of 1pm during the working week. Orders placed on a weekend will not be fulfilled until the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday
Age Restricted Items
Due to a new law governing the supply and delivery of bladed items, such items will be shipped on Express Delivery using DPD, Royal Mail & Parcelforce Couriers who will ask to see valid ID on the doorstep before releasing your item (i.e. Driving license, Passport)
Non Delivery
Genuine postal losses are rare in the UK, in most cases orders have been returned to us by the post office as simply uncollected when buyers have reported items as undelivered.
Please check with your local delivery office before contacting us about non-delivery. Where items are returned to us we will contact you and a postage charge will be made before items can be redelivered.
Age Verification
It is illegal to sell knives or crossbows to anyone under the age of 18. Your age will be checked in the background before dispatched. We will contact you via email & text message if we require more information.
